Cowboy Manufacturing gives University of Wyoming students hands-on access to manual, Computer Numerical Control, and additive manufacturing equipment, along with the training and mentorship to use it safely and confidently. For many students, this is their first time turning a design on a screen into something real they can hold in their hands.
Your gift directly supports students machining senior design projects, researchers fabricating custom equipment, and beginners learning to run a lathe for the very first time. It helps us maintain and upgrade equipment, stock materials, and keep our shop open to every Cowboy who wants to learn.
When you give on Giving Day, you're investing in a community of students passionate about designing, building, and manufacturing. Help us build the next generation of Wyoming engineers!
This Student Organization receives a de minimus level of base support from the university as noted in full in the About section of the Tier 2 Student Organization campaign tile.
