About

Our National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) chapter is committed to supporting the academic, professional, and personal development of Black students pursuing engineering and other STEM-related fields. Through mentorship, career development, networking, leadership opportunities, and community engagement, we work to create a strong support system that helps our members succeed during college and prepare for life beyond graduation.

Funds raised through this campaign will help support chapter activities such as professional development workshops, networking events, outreach programs, academic support, and travel to NSBE conferences and other career-building opportunities. These experiences give our members access to employers, industry professionals, graduate programs, scholarships, and a national network of STEM students and professionals. Your gift will directly help reduce financial barriers that can prevent students from participating in these valuable opportunities. Every contribution, regardless of size, helps us invest in the next generation of engineers, scientists, innovators, and leaders.

By supporting our NSBE chapter, you are helping students build confidence, expand their professional networks, develop leadership skills, and move closer to achieving their academic and career goal.

This Student Organization receives a de minimus level of base support from the university as noted in full in the About section of the Tier 2 Student Organization campaign tile.
