International Students and Scholars

The International Students and Scholars office is the main campus resource for international students at UW, assisting them in adjusting to a new university, community, country, and culture.

At UW, our international students and faculty play a significant role in delivering high-quality research, education, and economic opportunities to campus and the state. Our office supports these communities as well as UW’s strategic goal to internationalize. We partner with other offices, departments, and divisions to nurture the growth of an international community and to assist in the development of a campus environment that is responsive to their needs.

Our featured initiative this Giving Day is the International Student Emergency Fund. Gifts to this fund support students in need during unexpected and expensive emergency situations, allowing them to better thrive at UW.
