The University of Wyoming Menās Hockey Team is entering one of its most exciting and ambitious seasons yet, building on the success of our international exchange trip to China. Last summer, our players represented Wyoming overseas, competing, coaching, and connecting with Chinese college and youth players. The trip was a major success and set the foundation for the next chapter of our program.
This spring, we will proudly host a group of Chinese students in Laramie to continue our cultural exchange, sharing Wyomingās community and teaching the fundamentals of hockey. Looking ahead, we are preparing to expand our international program into Europe, where we plan to grow the game further and build on our global hockey camp model.
Your Giving Day support goes directly to these initiatives. Funds will help cover essential expenses such as ice time, travel, and equipment for our upcoming trips to Boise, Utah, Boston, and New Mexico as well as the costs of hosting our Chinese guests and launching our European exchange.
At home, our program continues to give back through partnerships with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Albany County, Wyoming Youth Hockey, the Jae Foundation, and Brought to Realty. Together, we are shaping better athletes, stronger leaders, and proud representatives of the Cowboy spirit on and off the ice.
