This Giving Day, the University of Wyoming Art Museum invites you to support the programs and people that shape our communities, enrich our students, and create meaningful connections across the state. Over half of the Art Museum’s annual budget is funded by donations, including those from Giving Day.

This year, your generosity supports these important programs.

• The Ann Simpson Artmobile continues to travel thousands of miles each year, bringing original works of art into classrooms and communities across Wyoming. With your help, students, families, and lifelong learners can engage directly with original art in their own communities.

• Through UW Student Engagement and Experiential Learning, the museum enriches campus life by welcoming classes, supporting research, and creating opportunities for students to engage deeply with exhibitions, collections, and programs. Hands-on experiences prepare the next generation of cultural leaders.

• Contemporary Art Exhibitions and Programming with Artists connect Wyoming to the global art world. The Art Museum not only exhibits work by visionary artists but also brings them to campus—creating rare opportunities for students, faculty, and community members to learn directly from the artists themselves.

• Art Exhibitions and Community Programming ensure that art remains accessible and inspiring for all. From exhibitions that spark dialogue to programs that bring people together, your gift strengthens the museum as a gathering place for curiosity and connection.
