Shepard Symposium on Social Justice

The Shepard Symposium on Social Justice is a major national conference that was founded at UW in 1997. The Shepard Symposium includes workshops with nationally renowned experts and professors, collaborative opportunities from varied backgrounds, and a special keynote address.

Your gift allows us to host this event on the UW campus each fall, including bringing leading experts from around the United States to Laramie. Most importantly, we continue to honor the work of the Shepard family and the memory of their son, Matthew Shepard, a UW student.
