Please support the academic programs of the School of Energy Resources and help students gain real-world experience and a better understanding of the energy industry.
The Energy Resource Management and Development degree is designed to meet the needs of the energy industry. Through rigorous academic training, hands-on scenarios, and internships, students prepare for essential roles in sectors such as oil and natural gas, renewable energy, and mining.
Students take a core curriculum focusing on business, natural resources, law and policy, project management, risk analysis, and mathematics. Our program offers two concentrations for specialization: Professional Land Management and Energy and Environmental Systems.
We also offer a minor in Energy Resource Management as well as certificates in Land Administration, Nuclear Energy Science, and Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage. A critical component of the Energy Resource Management and Development degree is its emphasis on experiential learning opportunities and the applicability of abstract concepts in real-world scenarios.
By supporting these programs, you are having a direct impact not only on students but also on the future of Wyomingās energy and its leaders. Thank you!
