Challenges are a great way to show your support. Be the first!
UW–Casper has grown from center with just three degrees and a couple of faculty into the branch campus offering more than a dozen undergraduate and graduate degrees. This is thanks to our amazing supporters.
Our alumni in central Wyoming and beyond now work as teachers, principals, social workers, counselors, and police officers and in other important fields. Our students are largely site-bound, and many are older students with families. Our students are also often first-generation students. Many are enrolled on a part-time basis due to their other commitments.
To better serve our student population, we created the Nontraditional Student Scholarship. To be eligible, students must be age 25 or older, a parent, or a first-generation student. Unlike with most student scholarships, a student can be enrolled on a part-time basis and still be eligible for the aid. Your contribution to this scholarship will help nontraditional students in their efforts to earn a UW degree—and often change not just their lives but their family's lives as well.
You can also support the Dean’s Discretionary Fund, which helps students access value-added educational experiences, such as attending a conference in their field and to co-present with a faculty member. These experiences can be transformative for students.
