The University of Wyoming Rodeo Team consists of talented cowboys and cowgirls from across the nation who proudly wear Brown and Gold. These UW athletes are driven to excel in the classroom, taking 12+ credit hours of school each semester on top of college rodeoing. Each and every day, they work to pursue their goals in the arena, spending hours at practice. Their hard work and dedication show, as both the men’s and women’s teams have qualified for the College National Finals Rodeo for the past three years. These students embrace their western heritage, with strong morals and traditions. They live the cowboy way of life!
As the rodeo team continues to grow and prosper, we need your help to sustain it—to keep practice stock fed, to keep the arena worked, and to keep those Brown and Gold colors on the backs of our athletes. The university goes by the motto, “The world needs more cowboys!” The University of Wyoming Rodeo Team works hard to uphold that!
