Challenges are a great way to show your support. Be the first!
The Cowboy Spirit will not be deterred! Despite the challenges of the pandemic, UW College of Engineering and Applied Science students are buckling down to a successful semester.
The College of Engineering and Applied Science is dedicated to teaching and mentoring students, to making advances in research, and to providing important service to the state and the nation. This fall, we are still teaching (mostly online), still mentoring students, and still doing research and service all in ways that protect the health and safety of our campus community.
Please consider donating to our many wonderful College of Engineering and Applied Science funds that directly support students, such as the Society of Women Engineers, the National Society of Black Engineers, and Engineers Without Borders, a group that builds a better world through engineering projects that empower communities to meet their basic human needs.
Everything that we do to support our students would not be possible without the generosity of donors like you. Every gift impacts the lives of our students by offering state-of-the-art classes, field and practical experiences, travel to conferences, study abroad opportunities, and scholarships. Moreover, each gift helps us address all three aspects of our land-grant mission—education, research, and service.
We would like to express our deepest appreciation for your past giving and invite you to renew your annual support today, UW Giving Day. Regardless of how much you give, your generosity will have an immediate impact.
Thank you,
The staff and faculty of the UW College of Engineering and Applied Science
P.S. This is an exciting time for the college, and we look forward to adapting to meet the challenges of today’s educational and economic environments!
