Challenges are a great way to show your support. Be the first!
Please consider supporting the UW College of Agriculture and Natural Resources on UW Giving Day.
Your past support has made a big impact. Last year, your gift helped in many ways.
- Sent students to conferences.
- Supported graduate students working in watershed management, plant disease genetics, animal health, and improved ranch productivity, among other things.
- Funded faculty research in wildlife and livestock diseases.
- Developed new ways to combat invasive plants threatening Wyoming.
- Offered student internships at our beef livestock farm and meat lab.
It's not just those on the UW campus who benefit. Extension programs like 4-H and master gardeners impact every Wyoming community. The Agricultural Experiment Stations in Powell, Sheridan, Lingle, and Laramie give Wyoming ranchers and farmers tools to increase productivity and profit margins.
During these unusual times, the college continues to strive to give our students hands-on learning opportunities and access to faculty. Faculty still personally connect with students just like we always have.
Your partnership elevates our academic departments, provides community educational programs offered through UW Extension, and sustains research conducted on campus or at one of four Research and Extension Centers. It also helps current students connect with others in their field or to experience first-hand the global nature of agriculture.
Whatever area you choose to support, your generosity will make an impact!
