Mathematics and statistics play a key role in many professions, everything from genetic engineering to data science to biomedical research and much more. These disciplines are key to academic and professional success. Not only that, but students in math and statistics develop the ability to think creatively, critically, strategically, and logically, to stay organized, and to communicate clearly.

You can help by supporting the Mathematics and Statistics Discretionary Fund, which is used for activities such as undergraduate research, travel for undergraduates to conferences, and rewarding student excellence in Mathematics and Statistics majors.
