The purpose of the Ahrey and Tricia Smith Pistol Pete Scholarship is to support and encourage students who serve as Pistol Pete mascots. It is a vital part of these hard-working student-athletes to be successful on the field and in the classroom.
The fund will provide scholarships to students enrolled in or admitted to the University of Wyoming:
- who serve as a Pistol Pete mascot for intercollegiate athletics and
- who are in good academic standing.
