At the University of Wyoming, our staff is the backbone of our community—educators, administrators, and support teams who work tirelessly to create an enriching environment for our students. Their dedication ensures that we continue to provide world-class education, foster groundbreaking research, and nurture the next generation of leaders.

Despite their commitment, many staff members face increasing pressures—from limited professional development opportunities to the growing challenges of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Now more than ever, it’s vital that we invest in their well-being, professional growth, and personal development.

We aim to raise funds that will directly benefit our staff in the following ways.

• Provide access to workshops, training, and class scholarships that allow staff to grow in their careers.
• Fund wellness programs, mental health resources, and support for work-life balance.
• Establish meaningful staff appreciation programs that acknowledge their hard work and contributions.
