Wyoming Outdoor Recreation, Tourism, and Hospitality (WORTH)

Tourism is the second largest industry in Wyoming, generating over $4.8 billion in 2023. In addition, tourism is the largest single employment sector in Wyoming, employing over 33,000. The mission of the WORTH Initiative is to support, expand, and diversify Wyoming’s economy through outdoor recreation, tourism, and hospitality industries.

We now boast over 80 students studying tourism or hospitality. Together, these programs are supporting one of Wyoming’s biggest industries. Your donation supports student scholarships, Wyoming internships, and the WORTH Initiative.
