About

Our Blockchain Law and Innovation Club is a new student-led initiative at the University of Wyoming College of Law that began in January of 2023. Our goal is to further the understanding of how blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the law all intersect for our fellow J.D. candidates and others from across the UW community.

While our student-led approach has allowed for intriguing roundtable discussions of blockchain law, we want to give our members a wider array of knowledge in the space. With that, our Giving Day campaigns supports bringing in industry experts to provide their unique insight and perspectives. We are also hopeful to send members to conferences and other events outside of Wyoming to expand their learning into other jurisdictions and areas we are not able to cover in our meetings.

Thank you to everyone who is able to support our organization and further blockchain and cryptocurrency legal knowledge in the state known for trailblazing its enabling legislation!
