Associated Students Interested in China

The Associated Students Interested in China is a student organization that works closely with the University of Wyoming's Chinese program. ASIC is dedicated to promoting cross-cultural communication and cooperation among UW students, the city of Laramie, and China by exploring and appreciating Chinese culture, language, and art.

China is a vital and fascinating country. China is one of the world's most populous country, spans five time zones, and borders fourteen countries. Their history goes back to the cradle of civilization. Through many millennia, China and its people have created a vibrant culture that can be seen across the globe. While here at UW, students are able to experience a small taste through our organization.
