Help WIND support families that have children with autism and related conditions.

Wyoming Institute for Disabilities, or WIND, is recognized for its dedicated service to Wyoming's disability community, providing 25 years of services and education to Wyoming addressing the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families across the state. 

WIND envisions a Wyoming where all people can participate in everyday community life as they choose. As a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, WIND conducts research and provides community services and education to enhance the lives of people with disabilities.

Through the disability studies minor program, WIND offers educational opportunities to UW students from wide-ranging disciplines. WIND also provides training and technical assistance on specific topics to professionals, families, and individuals with disabilities.
