We are trying to raise funds for activities run by the college's Susan McCormack Center for Student Success.
The center is named after Susan McCormack, who many of you know if you were able to spend time in the college. We are trying to live up to her legacy with our unit—we often say it takes a village to do what Susan used to do. Our center functions include recruiting, K–14 outreach, advising, career services, and alumni relations.
Contributions to this campaign will be used for direct student-contact activities such as our freshman Saddle Up week. We are particularly keen to carry on traditions that Susan started—for example, treats for students during finals.
