The Wyoming Pre-Veterinary Club is open to all students interested in animal health, including livestock, wildlife, companion animals, and research animals.
Our mission is to provide members with opportunities to build their knowledge of animal health and veterinary science in preparation for applying to veterinary school and/or a future career in animal health.
Common club activities include:
- annual trip to WICHE veterinary school,
- guest speakers from veterinary schools and other animal health groups,
- community service projects, notably our biannual pet washes and Greenbelt cleanup days,
- fun activities designed to allow club members to socialize, and
- animal-oriented fundraisers to generate funds for club projects and community organizations.
