At UW, we believe student learning is our first priority, and instructors who are passionate about best practices in teaching and learning are our most valuable resource. Part of the recruitment and retention of students is providing them with the best possible learning experience that also prepares them for life. The Ellbogen Center for Teaching & Learning (ECTL) is the go-to resource for UW instructors to develop skills and best practices in the use of technology, inclusive pedagogy, active learning, and assessment. ECTL can also assist instructors with integrating creative and critical thinking into their classrooms and curricula. This campaign will help the ECTL enhance those services, and further the goal of providing students with an optimal learning experience, through their instructors who have shared and learned with the ECTL
