Please consider supporting the UW College of Agriculture, Life Sciences, and Natural Resources on UW Giving Day.
Your past support has made a big impact. Last year, your gift helped in so many ways!
- It sent students to conferences.
- It supported graduate students working in watershed management, plant disease genetics, animal health, improved ranch productivity, and much more.
- It funded faculty research in wildlife and livestock diseases.
- It developed new ways to combat invasive plants threatening Wyoming.
- It offered student internships at our beef livestock farm and meat lab.
It's not just those on the UW campus who benefit. Extension programs like 4-H and master gardeners impact every Wyoming community. The Agricultural Experiment Stations in Powell, Sheridan, Lingle, and Laramie give Wyoming ranchers and farmers tools to increase productivity and profit margins.
As always, the college continues to strive to give our students hands-on learning opportunities and access to faculty. Faculty still connect personally and one-on-one with students just like always.
Your partnership elevates our academic departments, provides comnmunity educational programs offered through UW Extension, and sustains research conducted on campus or at one of four Research and Extension Centers. It also helps current students connect with others in their field or to experience first-hand the global nature of agriculture.
Whatever area you choose to support, your generosity will make an impact!
