About

Consider joining Associated Students of UW as they help our DREAMers! Every $1 you give will be matched with $1 until we hit our $5,000 goal! With our matching funds, your dollar is twice as powerful!

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients and international students are not eligible for federal financial aid and scholarships or the Wyoming Hathaway, even if they graduate from a Wyoming high school. We are hopeful that this campaign will allow us to create an endowment to fill this critical gap by offering scholarships annually to these students.

An endowment will allow more students each year to receive much-needed scholarship support. ASUW will manage the annual distribution of this scholarship, along with several other scholarships that we award each year. Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and scholarships will be awarded annually to as many as possible.

Our mission at ASUW is to support accessible education for our fellow students, and we seek to do this by providing scholarships to underserved populations. Consider joining us in supporting some of our students who are most in need!
